THE RIGHT ARRANGEMENT

Start with the way you will use the car.

Choose the wedding car by its role: Brabus for a statement entrance, Mercedes-Benz S400 for a formal sedan arrival, or a Porsche Boxster Yellow for the photographs. Guest transport is a separate capacity decision. Reserve driving, photo and standby time around the ceremony rather than assuming a standard day package fits the event.

Build the car into the run sheet

Share the ceremony venue, preparation location, photo stops, guest count and required arrival time. Confirm waiting space, access and a contact from the wedding team.

Wedding hours need their own quote

Specify driving time, standby time, decoration and photo use. A three-hour ceremony booking is not automatically one quarter of a daily rate. Agree a rain plan and any requested replacement arrangements in writing.

Can the bridal car also transport our guests?

Only if the confirmed seating and schedule allow it. A separate guest vehicle avoids making the couple’s photo session determine when guests can leave.

Can flowers be attached to the car?

Decoration is a request for the actual vehicle. Agree the florist, attachment method, installation and removal time with the provider; it is not included automatically.

What does the wedding quote need to include?

Preparation pickup, ceremony arrival, photo use, waiting, final drop-off and any decoration or overtime. Share the wedding coordinator’s contact so changes can be coordinated.
