THE RIGHT ARRANGEMENT

Start with the way you will use the car.

Choose the actual car to match your production: a Porsche Boxster Yellow or Jeep Rubicon Black for a vintage theme, a Porsche 718 Grey for a sports-car scene, or a Brabus for a bold SUV look. Include time for static shots, driving scenes, moves between locations and waiting in the quote.

Match the car to the brief

Share the location, shoot hours, car colour requirements, static or driving scenes and intended use. The catalogue image is a starting point; the confirmed unit is what the crew should plan around.

Define permitted use

Agree who may drive or move the vehicle, any decoration or attachments, site access and responsibility for location permissions. Static display, filming and road use may require different terms and charges.

Can the car be hired only as a stationary prop?

Yes, request static display with the location, access and hours. Transport to the set, an attendant and any movement between scenes still need to be agreed.

Will the car match the catalogue photograph?

The catalogue shows model references. Get current photographs of the confirmed unit, including colour, roof, interior and wheels, before the crew finalises the shot list.

Does the rental include filming permission?

No location or road permission is implied. Agree who obtains permissions, who may move the car and which attachments or decorations are allowed.
