THE RIGHT ARRANGEMENT

Start with the way you will use the car.

Choose the Brabus for a statement arrival, an Alphard for travelling together, or a Porsche 718 Grey for a couple’s entrance with light luggage. A celebration quote should cover the whole sequence: pickup, photographs, dinner, any second venue and the final return.

One organiser, one running order

A shared plan avoids conflicting pickup requests. Give the organiser’s number, each pickup location and the guest count. For a surprise, specify which contact can receive the driver’s call and when the car may arrive without revealing the plan.

Separate transport from extras

Flowers, balloons, signage, food or drinks need their own agreement. Decorations must be approved for the actual car and removed without damage. A car request does not secure restaurant reservations, club entry or event production.

Can we request a surprise arrival?

Yes, include the surprise in your request, with a discreet contact and a precise arrival instruction. Timing, access and any decorations are agreed before the booking is confirmed.

Can you pick up guests from several villas in one booking?

Several pickups can be requested. List them in order, with passenger numbers at each stop. Extra distance, waiting and the vehicle capacity affect the plan and quote.

Can we rent only for the arrival and photos?

Ask for a short hire covering the arrival and photos, with time for each. It needs a separate quote; the daily rate shown is not an hourly rate.
