Start with the way you will use the car.

Arrange your chauffeur and the journey home together. Consider an Alphard for the group, or a Brabus or Porsche Macan if you prefer an SUV. Confirm the service hours for a late finish, especially if you will return after midnight.

Plan both directions

Send your villa pickup, venue, arrival time, group size and expected return. If plans may change, ask how extra stops, waiting and late finishes are priced.

Choose your pickup point

Agree the meeting point near the venue and how to contact the driver. A return after midnight must be included in the agreed service window; it is not an automatic extension of a day package. Venue entry and reservations are separate from the car request.

Should I book a transfer or a car for the evening?

Choose return transfers for one venue with fixed pickup times. If you want several stops or the car waiting throughout the evening, ask for a chauffeur quote covering those hours.

Can we go from dinner to a club?

Yes, include both venues and the final return when requesting the itinerary. Adding the second stop later may change the service hours and price.

Is an after-midnight return included in a day rate?

Not automatically. The actual start and finish times govern the booking, not the label “per day”. Have the return and any overtime included in the written total.
