For arrivals with suitcases, compare Alphard, Denza D9 and Land Cruiser on the actual passenger layout. Send the villa entrance pin as well as the property name. If check-in is later than arrival, include any lunch stop or waiting in the request.

A private Ubud day

Start with what you most want to see in Ubud, then add a nearby restaurant or another stop. Your car and chauffeur cover the agreed route. Confirm any guide, activity tickets or meals separately in the quote, and leave time to enjoy each place.

Changing villas during a longer stay

A move from Ubud to Uluwatu or Seminyak can be a direct transfer or a sightseeing day. Keep bags and passengers in the same capacity calculation. For a honeymoon shoot with a classic car, a separate photo charter may suit the brief better than using it for the luggage transfer.

Can we stop for sightseeing on the transfer to Ubud?

Yes, request the stops before the quote is agreed. Sightseeing adds waiting and service time; a direct transfer tariff does not automatically cover it.

Is the chauffeur also our tour guide?

A driver is not automatically a guide. If you want guided visits or a specific language, request that service separately and confirm who will provide it.

Can an SUV be used off-road near Ubud?

The vehicle category does not grant off-road permission. Keep to the agreed route and request separate authorisation for any activity outside it.
