For an airport transfer in Bali, start with your passengers and suitcases. Consider an Alphard for the family or a Denza D9 if comfort in the back is your priority. Ask for a transfer price for your route; the 10- and 12-hour day packages cover a different service.

A flight, a meeting point, a destination

Share your flight number, date, arrival time, domestic or international terminal, passenger count and luggage. Add the villa or hotel map pin so the meeting point and vehicle access can be agreed.

Price the transfer itself

A 10- or 12-hour car package is not an airport transfer tariff. Ask for a one-way or return total that states parking, waiting time, extra stops and any late arrival charge. Flight delays and after-hours pickup arrangements must be confirmed in the quote.

Which car should I choose for a family with luggage?

Begin with an Alphard or a large SUV, then match the offered seating layout to the adults, children and suitcases. An Denza D9 may have fewer usable passenger seats in some configurations, so the model name alone is not a capacity guarantee.

Can you collect a domestic or an international arrival?

Both can be requested at DPS. State the terminal and flight number, and receive the exact meeting point and contact before arrival. Flight time is not the same as the time you will be ready outside.

What happens if the flight is delayed?

The booking should state the included waiting period, how delays are handled and the contact for updates. Send the revised flight information; extra waiting or an after-hours arrival must be covered by the agreed terms.
