Start with the way you will use the car.

Choose a car with room for everyone and their luggage. Consider an Alphard for the family, a Denza D9 for comfort in the back, or a Land Cruiser if you prefer an SUV. Include child seats, pushchairs and suitcases when checking the actual seating layout.

Count the whole group

Send the number of adults and children, children’s ages, suitcase count, stroller and any mobility needs. Seat count alone does not tell you whether everyone and their luggage will fit comfortably.

Need a child seat? Ask ahead.

Child seats are a separate request: confirm size, type, availability and installation with the provider. For several days, agree rest stops, waiting time, daily hours and whether you need the same vehicle each day.

Can we request a child seat?

Yes. Give the child’s age and size, and confirm the suitable seat, installation and availability with the offered car. A child seat is not included simply because a vehicle is labelled family-friendly.

Which matters more: seat count or luggage space?

Both must work at the same time. Folding a seat to fit bags reduces passenger capacity. Share the full group and bag count so the actual layout can be checked.

Can the itinerary include breaks for children?

Yes, plan rest stops and meal breaks within the chauffeur hours. For an airport journey, keep breaks compatible with the flight check-in deadline.
