THE RIGHT ARRANGEMENT

Start with the way you will use the car.

Choose a chauffeur day for several stops with waiting between visits. Start with one main area, then add nearby stops; a north-and-south wishlist can turn the day into mostly driving. Vehicle hire, a licensed guide, attraction tickets and meals are separate items unless your quote explicitly includes them.

Three useful starting points

For an Ubud day, combine one cultural stop, lunch and time in the town or countryside. For the Bukit, plan a coastal stop and a dinner or venue visit around Uluwatu or Jimbaran. For a hotel move, choose one meaningful stop between check-out and check-in. These are itinerary suggestions, not timed or prepaid tour packages.

Choose comfort around the passengers

Consider an Alphard for a family day, a Land Cruiser if you prefer an SUV, or a Denza D9 for comfort in the back. Tell us the children’s ages and any mobility needs before choosing. A chauffeur is not automatically a tour guide, and an SUV rental does not include permission to drive off-road.

Can we choose our own stops?

Yes. Send your preferred stops in priority order, along with pickup and return locations. The itinerary is agreed around the available hours; leave room to remove a stop if the day runs late.

Are entrance tickets and a guide included?

Not automatically. This is a car-and-driver enquiry. Request a guide, tickets or meals separately and have any inclusions itemised in the final quote.

Do you guarantee journey times?

Journey times cannot be guaranteed. Plan around your route, date and local conditions, with extra time for restaurant reservations, ceremonies and flights.
